National Service Scheme (NSS)
The National Service Scheme (NSS), initiated by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India in 1969, aims to develop students’ personalities through community service. In our college, the NSS wing was established in 2016, focusing on fostering a campus-community linkage. We conduct various activities such as awareness programs, yearly camps in villages, medical campus, and guest lectures to instil social responsibility and leadership among students. NSS provides a platform for students to actively engage in meaningful projects addressing local needs and promoting sustainable development. Through participation, students gain practical skills, deepen their understanding of social issues, and cultivate empathy. Our commitment to NSS reflects our dedication to building a more inclusive and equitable society while enriching students’ personal and academic experiences.
