ADMISSIONS
Welcome to MES Prof. BR Subbarao PU College’s inclusive admissions process, designed to provide every student with a fair opportunity to pursue their educational aspirations. Admission is determined solely on merit, following guidelines set by the Department of Pre-University Education. Prospective students must submit completed applications along with necessary documents, ensuring adherence to specified deadlines and eligibility criteria.
Admission Process
1. Application Submission:
- Fill out the application form completely.
- Submit the application form along with copies of relevant documents such as Marks Card, Transfer Certificates, and any other necessary certificates specified.
2. Submission Deadline
- Ensure applications are submitted before the specified last date set by the college.
3. Reserved Categories:
- Candidates applying under reserved categories must provide relevant certificates to support their claim.
4. Provisional list
- A provisional list of selected candidates is announced on the Notice Board on specified dates.
5. Principal’s Approval:
- The Principal reviews and approves the admission of candidates after discussing with the admission committee, based on the verification of submitted certificates.
6. Payment of Prescribed Fees:
- Once approved, candidates must pay the prescribed fees to secure their admission to the college.
- Note: Fees, once paid, will not be refunded.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have successfully passed the 10th Standard or equivalent examinations recognized by SSLC/CBSE/ICSE, other state boards, central boards, and international boards.
Mode of Admission:
- Admission is determined solely by merit in accordance with PU Board norms.
- Application forms will be available offline at the college.
- The eligibility list, followed by three subsequent lists of selected candidates, will be announced based on the PU Board calendar.
Documents required:
- Fully completed application form.
- 10th Exam Hall Ticket
- Passport Size Photos 4, Stamp Size Photos 4.
- Transfer Certificate
- Copies of the 10th standard marks card.
- Caste and income certificates (If applicable)
- Certificates for differently-abled individuals. (If applicable)
- Ex-serviceman certificates. (If applicable)
- Relevant sports certificates (State/National/International).
